In 2017, Chelsea Building Group built 20 ultra-contemporary smart homes, all with open floor plans, luxury finishes, low-profile solar panels and full digital controls. ReAlta clients chose from five different floor plans and a range of elevations and materials. A majority of the plans had breathtaking, spacious rooftop decks and all were constructed to the highest standards that are the hallmark of CBG construction. Located on Rama Road between Providence and Independence, ReAlta was first solar community in the Charlotte area. In 2017, the ReAlta model home won a Silver Award in the Parade of Homes.
